Vassiliki Grougiou

Dr Vassiliki Grougiou holds an MSc from Stirling University, and a PhD from Strathclyde University, Glasgow. Prior joining IHU, Grougiou was employed in marketing positions in the services sector. Her research focuses on consumer behaviour, services, and social marketing.

She has a particular interest in consumers' (dis)satisfaction, ethical behaviour, complaints and preventive health. Grougiou's research work has appeared in the Journal of Financial Services Marketing, Journal of Customer Behaviour,  Journal of Marketing Management and in the European Marketing Academy Proceedings.
