Foivos Anastasiadis

Dr Foivos Anastasiadis is an Academic Assistant at the School of Economics and Business Administration, International Hellenic University. He holds an MSc from Wagenigen University, The Netherlands (2004) and a PhD from Imperial College, London (2010). Prior joining IHU, Anastasiadis was employed as a consultant in market research sector as well as in supply chain and procurement processes business.

His research interests focus on the areas of Supply Chain Management, Consumer Behaviour and Sustainability with respect to Agribusiness (e.g. organic food industry).
